We deliver to U.K addresses only. We dispatch within 24hrs of receiving your order Mon-Fri using 2nd Class Royal Mail.

If you change your mind, we accept returns of unopened goods provided you pay the return postage, we will issue a refund on receipt of the return.

If for any reason your are dissatisfied, please contact us about the issue. We’ll respond promptly and handle any problem fairly.

Packaging

We want to do all we can to minimise our impact on the environment. We will always seek ways to reduce our consumption or the impact of what consumption is necessary. We aim to ensure all of our exterior packaging is directly recycled, I.e we stockpile packaging from our own shopping and grab materials that would otherwise be thrown out from some local retailers we know. So if your delivery comes wrapped in a handmade cardboard envelope obviously from other sources, this is the reason. When it comes to directly packaging our shrimp food, we currently feel we have to use uniform purchased plastic zip tie bags but would love to find an alternative that will not let our customers down or compromise the longevity of the product. We encourage our customers to keep these bags for other things and to recycle them when they’re no longer useful.
